In this dynamic 90-minute workshop catered to school students, the focus is on imparting essential skills in CB radio communication. The session begins with an introduction to the fundamentals of CB radio operation, emphasising the importance of clear and concise communication. Students learn about the different channels, codes, and etiquette associated with CB radio usage, fostering effective communication practices. Through interactive demonstrations, they become adept at operating CB radios, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance techniques. Practical exercises challenge students to engage in simulated communication scenarios, such as relaying messages, coordinating activities, and responding to emergencies. By the workshop’s conclusion, participants emerge with practical skills in CB radio communication through a code breaker game.
